本研究旨在瞭解教育實習輔導師徒功能及影響因素,為達研究目的,本研究採問卷調查法,以國民中學擔任半年制實習輔導教師為研究對象,共寄發470 份問卷,回收有效問卷396份,有效回收率84.23%。使用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析及多元逐步迴歸分析以考驗研究假設。根據研究結果,本研究獲致下列五點結論: 一、實習輔導教師認為已達成社會支持、職涯發展及角色楷模功能。 二、碩士以上、資深、師徒年齡差距較大及同性師徒配對的實習輔導教師認為師徒功能達成度較高。 三、實習輔導教師認為輔導教師特質、實習學生特質及實習學校環境等均有利於師徒功能,惟指導教師角色因素仍需改善。 四、資深、碩士以上、輔導年資較高、同性師徒配對、師徒年齡差距較大及擔任行政輔導之實習輔導教師認為師徒功能影響因素的有利程度較高。 五、師徒功能影響因素有利度越高,整體師徒功能及社會支持、職涯發展、角色楷模等功能的達成度越高。
The study aimed to understand the mentoring function and Influencing Factor when the education practicum was implemented. In Order to achieve the aims, the use of questionnaire through the study. The participants in the questionnaire survey was those undergoing the half-year mentoring teachers. The study sample was drawn from the mentoring teachers at Junior high schools. Of the 470 surveys, 396 teachers responded to the questionnaires; the response rate was 84.23%. Data analysis comprised factor analysis, reliability analysis, description statistic, independent sample t-test analysis, one-way analysis of variance, canonical correlation and stepwise multivariate regression. There are five conclusions as follows: 1.Mentor teacher think that has already reached Social Support , Vocational and Role Modeling Function. 2.Mentor Teacher of Master the above, teaching senior, mentor teacher and student teacher that the age disparity is large and the same sex mates think that reaching of mentoring functions relatively high. 3.Mentor teacher think that characteristic of mentor teacher, characteristic of student teacher, environment of internship schools are advantage to mentoring functions, only role whom adviser of teacher training institutes must still be improving. 4.Mentor teacher of master the above, teaching senior and metoring senior, mentor teacher and student teacher that the age disparity is large and the same sex mates, and take on the educational practicum that the administration coach think that advantage of its influencing factors is relatively high. 5.The more favorable the influence factor is, the higher standing in mentoring functions and social support, vocational , role modeling are reached degree.
