在台灣多數學生擁有豐富課餘工作經驗,包括工讀、實習與學校社團經驗,這些經驗是否可以成為學生就業後的正向影響是學者們所關心的議題,有些學者認為課餘工作經驗對學生的工作能力都有顯著影響。但也有學者指出工讀的負向影響,包括感到疲倦、會妨害與成年人的接觸等,認為太早讓青少年發展職業技能,往往會導致生涯發展異於正常。課餘工作經驗對學生未來職場表現有正向或負向的影響是本研究主要探討的問題。 本研究選擇以擁有最多就業人口的服務業之員工為研究對象來探討課餘工作經驗對職場表現是否有正向或負向影響以及何種課餘工作經驗類型的工讀、實習或學校社團經驗對職場表現有正向影響。本研究採用立意抽樣法來選取研究對象,接著採用問卷調查法來施測。每個產業寄發200份問卷,扣除無效問卷後,有效問卷為金融及保險服務業115份;教育服務業110份;醫療保健服務業103份。本研究採用研究方法包括,樣本特性分析、信度分析、效度分析、主成分分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析,結構方程模式分析等研究統計方法。 研究結果顯示,金融及保險服務業之工讀經驗與學校社團經驗對職場表現有部份顯著正向影響,工讀類型以顧客服務類對職場表現的正向影響較明顯;實習經驗對職場表無顯著正向影響。教育服務業之工讀經驗及年資對職場表現有部份顯著正向影響;實習經驗與學校社團經驗對職場表現無顯著正向影響。醫療保健服務業之實習年資對職場表現有負向影響,學校社團年資卻對職場表現有正向影響;工讀經驗對職場表現無顯著正向影響。
The study aims to understand the after part-time job, internship and school clubs experiences and performance of financial and insurance services staff, education services staff and health services staff in Taiwan by comparing the differences of above-mentioned issues under demographic variables, further discussion of different performance under different after school work experiences, with a questionnaire divided into the financial and insurance services, education services and health services, after school work experiences, performance and basic personal info. The objects are staff from financial and insurance industry, education services industry and health services industry in North Taiwan. There are 115 copies of financial and insurance services staff, 110 copies of education services staff and 103 of health services staff as questionnaires. This study uses many statistical methods, include sampling distribution, realibility analysis, validity analysis, item analysis, principal components, independent t-test , one –way anova, pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and SEM to verify the results as follows: For all three of industries, person-organization fit have an impact on work attitude. For education service industry, job performance is partly affected by work attitude. For financial and insurance and health services industry, performance is partly affected by the experiences of part-time job and school association. For education services industry, performance is partly affected by experiences of part-time job.
