專案管理需考量的因素包含:時間限制、資源限制、專案任務的相互依賴關聯等。屬於我國新興產業的數位內容與文化創意產業,藉由網路與廣播電視無遠弗屆的傳播特性、多元的數位化內容呈現方式及資訊科技的協助,可將各類的圖像、文字、影像、語音等資料迅速且完整的傳遞出去。然而如何透過一套適宜的管理機制讓數位創意組織能順利的產出內容物並符合原始創意,相信亦將是數位內容及文化創意產業發展成功的關鍵議題之一。 但,環顧國內外的諸多討論數位內容及文化創意產業的期刊論文與學術發表當中,大多集中在創意設計與發想及產業發展策略面或是人才培育等面向的探討,對於管理機制範疇的著墨不多。 本研究透過慈濟大愛衛星電視台數位影音節目專案製作為個案,從中探討數位內容產業在運用專案管理相關工具進行節目製作時所面臨的種種課題。
The limit of time, resources and mutual dependence of the project management. Nowadays , there are all kinds of pictorial, literal, video and vocal information is transmitted quickly and completely by the burgeoning digital content and cultural & creative industries they include worldwide transmission, multiple digital presentation, technology of Internet, Broadcasting and TV. The most critical issue for the successful digital content and cultural & creative industries is: how does a digital & cultural creation organization enhance the original idea through management ? However, most of the foreign and domestic papers related to digital content and cultural & creative industries focus mainly research is needed to fill such a need in discussion of management mediums on the creative design、the strategy of industrial development and the cultivation of talents instead of management system. This research uses the project production of Da-Ai Television Station as a case study to develop the subject of producing programs with the project management tools.
