近來,現代企業間的競爭在很大程度上已經由單打獨鬥轉變為供應鏈之間的團隊博弈,如何借助上下游網路的合力,獲得成本、質量和時效性的完美平衡就是供應鏈管理追求的終極目標。 供應鏈管理的三大核心領域分別是成本、質量和時效,三者互相關聯且互相制約,與JIT的精神是如出一徹的,皆是在讓浪費降至最低,儘速滿足顧客需求。 本論文之案例公司為半導體產業之上游,屬高科技產業,其特色為製程複雜、製程不確定性、產出不穩定性及自動化程度高等特性,與傳統產業別有所迥異,再加高科技產品的週期脈動如同果蠅一般快速,如何趕在競爭者之前,解決問題,讓源流管理得以彰顯,以保持競爭的優勢,佔市場先機,也成為個案公司的目標。 有鑑於此,本研究除了透過文獻探討的整理,並以案例公司為佐証 ,透過要因分析法(魚骨圖),整理並歸納出案例公司之問題所在,再針對問題,應用JIT精神,以對生產、製程上做適時的改善,並做出其前、後的分析比較,以驗証JIT除了如同理論所言,可提高企業的競爭力,進而利用SCOR來衡量供應鏈績效,証實JIT對供應鏈之結果現象是正面的,讓供應鏈發揮更大的效能,同時證明JIT是可應用在半導體之晶圓片製造產業,只是需配合自己公司的文化、技術,產生出自己公司的JIT生產方式,才能提昇企業經營的競爭能力。
Recently, the competition of enterprises has turned self-reliance into teamwork of supply chain. In order to balance supply and demand, timely Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) become more and more important. The JIT concept and approach renovated vehicle production at enterprise drastically reduce problems, such as information delays and faults demand, generate by supply chain general known as bullwhip effect. The comprehensive use of JIT provides substantial savings in costs as well as notable improvements in supply chain management. This paper aims to discuss applying JIT concept to work out problems of enterprise and empirical case studies. The JIT concept studies can be evaluated by different performance tools and cost measures to demonstrate JIT can bring positive results. The JIT concept can also be applied to semiconductor fields by keeping principle to eliminate waste, improve work process, and embed quality spirit into development, production and others.
