本研究旨在編擬一套適用於國小高年級學童之戲劇教學方案,探究戲劇教學過程中學童自我表達能力之成長情形與教師的專業成長。 本研究以行動研究方法,透過計畫、行動、觀察與省思的歷程進行研究。研究過程中,藉由問卷、觀察、訪談等工具蒐集資料,進一步從資料歸納出意義,藉以了解學童在接受戲劇教學課程其自我表達能力之提升情形,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、 一般教師亦能執行戲劇教學且學生對課程內容與教學方式反應良好。 二、 戲劇教學活動能有效提升學童自我表達能力。 三、 透過與協同教師的互相觀摩與討論,有助於提升教師專業成長。 最後,根據研究發現提出結論與建議,以作為學校行政、教師教學及未來研究之參考。
The aim of this study is to develop a series of drama teaching programs that are suitable for elementary students, to explore the growth of children's self-expression ability and the professional development of teachers in the course of drama teaching. This is an action research. The entire research follows four parts that include planning, action, observation, and reflection. In order to know the students’ progress of self-expression, researcher summarized the meaning from the data by using the methods of questionnaire, observation, interview, etc. The results of this research are as following: 1.General teachers can do teaching drama, and the students had good feedback. 2.Drama teaching can promote students’ self-expression ability significantly. 3.Teacher’s professional growth is observed during the research with co-teaching partner. Last but not the least, according to the results, reseacher will provide specific recommendations to the school administration, teacher, and future research.
