於科技產業中,企業資源規劃 (ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)為非常重要資訊系統,各企業導入ERP系統前無不經過審慎的評估與規劃,投資大量的人力、時間與金錢,冀望能順利成功導入並上線。目前各文獻針對單一個案及單一產業的成功導入策略或因素有諸多探討,但不同科技產業間導入成功的關鍵因素可能因產業別與企業所處環境的不同而有所差異。 因此本研究主要目地在於,透過質性研究中的訪談法與調查法,主要針對IC設計產業,另輔以上下游與兩家光電產業公司為主要調查與分析對象,將對不同產業ERP導入成功的關鍵因素進行資料收集、分析與歸納,以分析出不同產業導入成功的通性與差異點。 本研究主要以上述產業為主,對參與過ERP導入的不同人員,進行半結構性專家訪談、問卷調查等。並以資料分析手法來歸納與分析不同產業間ERP成功導入的關鍵因素的共同性與差異性。同時整理這些不同產業所面對的競爭環境、市場特性等,是否會影響成功的關鍵因素,來達成本研究針對ERP成功導入需掌握哪些關鍵因素或策略的研究目的。
In high tech industry, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an important information system in enterprise. Most of the companies take a lot of manpower, time and money with great evaluation and planning in order to lead to success of ERP implementation. There are some related discussions in literatures about the successful strategies and factors for single case or single industrial, but it might be different between high tech industrials because of the discrepancy of category and environment. The purpose of the study is using Interview and Survey Research in Qualitative Research Methodology. Focusing on the IC design industrial for case studying with its upstream and downstream companies, plus two electro-optical industry companies for investigation. Collecting the key factors in different high tech industrials to summarize the similarities and differences of successful ERP implementation. The data of the study were collected in semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey from the members who involved ERP implementation in above industrials. To summarize and analyze the similarities and differences of the key factors of successful ERP implementation between different industrials by using data analysis methodology. List down the competitive environment, market characteristics of different industrials simultaneously to observe the critical points to succeed.
