已婚職業婦女的煮食經驗與子女教養之探究

摘要


本研究目的在深入探討已婚職業婦女煮食的動機、透過煮食教養子女之經驗與教養意義,整理煮食與子女教養的互動面向。透過開放性半結構式深度訪談,以立意取樣選擇五位育有就讀國中小階段之職業婦女,蒐集五份文本資料,進行文本分析。 研究結果如下: 一、已婚職業婦女對煮食工作的期待與因應 本研究發現,職業婦女不僅視煮食為提供家人子女生理飽足的需要而已,她們煮食的期待與因應包含了,一、藉由煮食傳遞愛意,並在餐食中凝聚感情。二、職業婦女煮食的經驗與想法。三、結合各項資源,具體實作料理烹煮。 二、已婚職業婦女教導子女煮食的相關經驗 已婚職業婦女教導子女煮食,她們認為:一、鼓勵子女參與煮食,奠定獨立自主生活基礎。二、支持子女參與煮食的主動性,動手操作享受成果。三、煮食過程親子互動同創造。 三、已婚職業婦女煮食與子女教養意涵 職業婦女煮食教養策略包含了: 開口邀請同參與、先學煮再煎按步就班引導子女料理、示範與操作並行、肯定鼓勵的態度。職業婦女煮食教養期待包含了: 煮食前:聰明購物,環保管理一把罩。煮食中:幸福餐桌,禮儀感恩健康齊備全。煮食後:膳後分工合作全家的事。最後,職業婦女煮食與子女教養意涵,包含: (一) 獨立自主負責價值觀、(二)環保愛物價值觀、(三)尊重感恩價值觀、 (四)為他人著想禮貌的價值觀、(五)分享關懷價值觀、(六)健康愛護自己價值觀。 針對研究分析結果,可提供職業婦女、相關單位,及未來相關研究之參考與關注。

The study aims to analyze the cooking motives for married working women, their experience and educational meaning of nurturing children through cooking, and the interaction dimension between cooking arrangement and parenting. The paper selected five working women bearing children studying at the junior high school and elementary schools using purposive sampling through open-ended, in-depth and semi-structured interview, collecting text data to implement test analysis. The study results are described as follows: 1. The anticipation and response towards cooking for married working women The study discovered that working women not only treat cooking as the needs of physiological satiety for family and children. Rather their anticipation and response to cooking includes: 1. Convey love through cooking and cohere relation during meals. 2. The experience and ideas of working women cooking includes. 3. Combination of various resources and specifically practice cooking. 2. Relevant experience of married working women teaching their children to cook Married working women teach children to cook because they believe that: 1. Encourage their children to cook and to build the basis of independent life. 2. They support children to participate in cooking with initiation and have hands-on experience to enjoy the outcome. 3. Have parental interaction and creation during the cooking process. 3. Married working women cooking and the parental implications The parenting strategies for working women to cook include: Invite the children to join. First learn to fry and follow the steps to teach the children how to cook, demonstrate and practice at the same time with affirmative and encouraging attitude. The parental anticipation for working women to cook include: Before cooking: Shop smartly and control environmental protection. During Cooking: Prepare a happy dining table with etiquettes, grace and health. After Cooking: The whole family involves in cleaning up. Finally the working women cook with parental implications, as described below: (一)Independent and responsible value.(二)Green and cherishing value.(三)Respect and grateful values. (四) Considerate and courteous values. (五) Sharing and caring values. (六) Healthy and self-loving values. The analysis of the study results can be used as reference and value for working women, relevant units and future related studies.
