隨著資訊科技的蓬勃發展,企業所面臨的競爭較以往更形激烈。為了達到快速反應,提升競爭優勢,企業必須有效地整合資訊,供決策參考。面對經營環境的劇變,國內製藥業如何在經營管理能力上強化,如何利用企業有限資源,有效提昇企業競爭力,便成為組織營運的最高指導原則。藉由企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的導入應用,整合內部流程,加速物流管理,減少庫存壓力,提高生產品質並透過企業流程再造以創造更大的管理效益等,對於西藥製劑工廠的生存將是一重要課題,其中之影響程度,亦值得深入研究。 本研究欲達成的研究目的如下:1.由文獻及案例中,整理出ERP系統導入的關鍵成功因素;2. 提供製藥產業導入ERP系統的過程與問題;3.從使用者的角度,探討個案公司,對關鍵成功因素的重要認知及實際的作法;4.透過企業深度訪談,彙總ERP 系統導入流程中失敗與成功的關鍵因素,提供後進企業導入之參考。 本研究以三家曾導入過ERP系統的製藥相關企業之訪談,進行分析與研究;藉由訪談個案企業導入不同ERP系統的需求,深入瞭解製藥業ERP系統導入的過程及其影響。研究結果發現,三家公司以不同的方式導入ERP系統,所產出的績效果也有所差異。本研究最後並提出影響製藥業ERP導入之成功與失敗因素,以做為未來欲導入ERP系統的企業參考。
Along with the booming of Information Technology, the enterprises encounter even tougher and much competitive environment than ever. In order to improve the competitiveness and to respond faster, the enterprises must efficiently integrate information for decision making. To be able to respond to the dynamic changes of business environment, successfully strengthening the management capability and efficiently integrating limited resource to leverage competitiveness of the enterprises become the most important guidelines for running the domestic pharmaceutical organizations. In this regard, introducing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is essential to the survival of western medicine manufacturers. ERP can be applied in integrating the internal process, accelerating the logistic, reducing the inventory and improving the product quality. ERP also help enterprises to broaden the management effectiveness by initiating the Business Process Reengineering. The goals of this study are as followings: 1. Through literatural review and case studies, the key success factors of conducting ERP system are outlined. 2. List the process and challenges when implementing ERP system in the pharmaceutical Industry 3. From the user standing point, the important perception and conducts associated with the key success factors are further discussed in the case study. 4. Through the interviewing with several enterprises, the keys leading to the success and failure of implementing ERP system are consolidated for future reference. In this research, 3 enterprises who had implemented ERP system in the pharmaceutical industry were interviewed. Each enterprise had different demands for ERP system and different procedure of implementing the system. The impact to each enterprise is different and results are revealed in depth. At the end, we propose the key success and failure factors for implementing the ERP system in pharmaceutical industry. Those factors are valuable references to the future companies who intend to implement the ERP system.
