企業在面臨高度競爭及全球化市場變遷,藉由商業智慧系統的導入進而提升決策品質及即時洞察力,以利企業的永續經營及確保其競爭優勢。由於目前國內相關研究大多為個案研究居多,缺少針對企業導入商業智慧系統成功之因素進行研究。本研究主要以科技-組織-環境架構的組織特性、環境特性、科技特性為基礎,探討影響中小企業導入商業智慧系統的關鍵成功因素。本研究回收的有效樣本為148份。研究結果發現顯著影響「組織使用滿意」為組織規模、高階主管支持、知識整合、顧問專業能力、教育訓練及相對優勢;顯著影響「組織影響」為高階主管支持及組織規模;顯著影響「系統效果」為產業競爭、顧問專業能力與相容性。最後,本研究並提出學術與實務上之建議,提供利害關係人參考。
To cope with the globalization and competition, enterprises applying business intelligence system (BIS) to obtain real-time information, improve decision quality and enhance competitive advantage. The study aims to investigate factors influencing BIS implementation success in the enterprises. We developed the research model based on Technology-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) framework. A survey was conducted and questionnaires were distributed to respondents with experience of BIS use. Finally, 148 usable responses were received. The results showed that: (1) User satisfaction is significantly influenced by 6 factors, including firm size, top management support, knowledge integration, expertise of consultants, training, and relative advantage; (2) Organizational impact is significantly influenced by 2 factors, including top management support and firm size; (3) System effectiveness is significantly influenced by 3 factors, including competitive pressure, expertise of consultants, and compatibility. Finally, this study also provides the recommendation for the academics and practitioners.
