台灣東部地區休閒農業區關鍵資源與關鍵流程影響經營管理之研究

A Study on the Influences of Key Resources and Key Process to Business Performances in Eastern Taiwan Leisure Agriculture Area

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解休閒農業區內經營現況，並以結構方程式探討休閒農業區關鍵資源、關鍵流程影響經營管理模式之適合度，及其與理論潛在變數間的關聯性。此間，依研究目的與動機，以台灣東部宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣休閒農業區內經營者為受訪對象，研究期間為2009年12月至2010年2月底，透過郵寄問卷給前述三縣境內所有休閒農業區主委，並由其擇10位具代表性之經營者協助填答，共發放220份問卷，回收133份問卷，回收率60.45%。
研究結果顯示，本研究建構之休閒農業區關鍵資源、關鍵流程影響經營管理模式具適合度，且可解釋模式內各構面間之影響關係，因此，研究顯示對休閒農業區經營管理影響效果最大者為關鍵資源對關鍵流程之影響，其次為關鍵資源透過關鍵流程對經營管理之影響。最後，本研究依研究結果進一步提出可能的管理與學術意涵，及具體可行之建議供休閒農業區內經營者與政府相關輔導單位規劃與執行之參考。

This study aims explore the business condition of leisure agricultural areas, Then Structural Equation Modeling was adopted in analyzing the key resources of the leisure agriculture areas, key progress and the suitability of business Performances, and the theory on the relation of variables. For the purpose and motivation of the research, take examples for owners of leisure agricultural areas in Taiwan eastern, also focus on ILan and Hualien and Taitung County by questionnaires by post , the research period will be from December ,2009 to the end of February of 2010, posting the questionnaires to the directors every areas, then pick up 10 ones who have the representation to reply, totally 220 questionnaires , valid questionnaires amount 133, So the recall rate of valid questionnaires is 60.45%.
In this paper the results show that the construction of recreational agriculture areas of critical resources, key processes affect the Business Performances model with a fit, and the model could explain the dimensions of
the relationships between, studies have shown that the Business Performances of leisure agriculture areas largest effect on those key resources for the impact of key processes, followed by the key resource the key processes of the effect. Based on the research findings, the possible managerial and academic implications were proposed, the solid recommendations were made to the relevant government agencies and the organizations of leisure agriculture area Managers that they can use the information as a reference.
