訓練參與動機與知覺價值對訓練成效之影響-兼論訓練需求評估之干擾效果

摘要


本研究旨在探討參與職前職業訓練學員之訓練動機、訓練單位知覺價值及訓練需求評估與訓練成效間的關係進行探討。採問卷調查之研究方法,以勞動部勞動力發展署中彰投分署將於2017年3月及4月結訓之訓練學員為研究樣本,回收問卷336份,有效問卷317份,有效回收率為94.35%。本研究以因素分析及迴歸模式分析等方法針對研究假設進行驗證。研究結果如下: 一、受訓學員參與訓練動機對訓練成效有正向顯著影響。 二、學員對職前訓練單位知覺價值對訓練成效有正向顯著影響。 三、訓練需求評估會對訓練成效有正向顯著影響。 本研究最後依據研究結果提出管理意涵及後續研究建議,希提供訓練單位衡量報名參訓者是否適合訓練及預測訓練學員可否達到訓練效益之評估參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between training motivation, perceived value of training, needs assessment and training effectiveness in pre-vocational trainings. Employing the questionnaire survey research method, trainees of the March 2017 and April 2017 training courses of the Labor Force Development Department of the Ministry of Labor trainings were used as study samples. Of the 336 questionnaires recovered, 317 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 94.35 %. This study validates its hypothesis on the basis of a factor analysis and regression model analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, the participatory motivation of trainee in said training has a positive effect on training effectiveness. Second, perceived value on the part of participants in said pre-vocational training program has a significant positive effect. Third, training needs assessment has a significant positive effect on training effectiveness. Finally, this study proposes managerial implications and follow-up research based on the research results, and hopes to provide an assessment reference with which training programs can measure whether applicants are suitable for the training and forecast its effectiveness.
