市面上現有的數位相機在軟體介面形式種類繁多,硬體介面的按鍵操作形式也從原本的實體按鍵操作模式演變到了螢幕觸控式的操作模式,因此本研究從人機介面設計觀點,探討數位相機之軟、硬體介面設計對操作任務的影響。研究的實驗共分兩個階段,第一階段主要是針對現有產品進行資料蒐集分析,以問卷調查之方式針對使用者常用功能選項與軟硬體介面之需求,並著手蒐集分析軟體介面種類與硬體介面之形式以作為後續實驗樣本設計依據。第二階段為實驗測試進行,研究樣本主要根據先期文獻與研究的結果,在軟體介面形式主要可分「全顯式」、「階層式」、「混合式」三種顯示形式,而硬體介面在按鍵形式上可分為「實體按鍵」、「螢幕觸控式按鍵」、「混合式按鍵」三種操作形式,並加入任務操作之因子,因此本研究實驗變數為3x3三因子變異數分析。在任務操作後針對受測者進行時間績效的紀錄、NASA-TLX心智負荷評量與QUIS系統使用性尺度量表,並進行SPSS資料分析與討論。其軟體介面*硬體介面之結果顯示出在時間績效最好的組合形式為「全顯式*實體按鍵」,最差的為「混合式*螢幕觸控式按鍵」。TLX評量表裡TLX評量表裡最低負荷且有最高滿意度的組合為「全顯式*實體按鍵」,最高負荷且有最低滿意度則為「階層式*螢幕觸控式按鍵」。而QUIS裡的整體反應、選單形式與學習效應的最好組合為「全顯式*螢幕觸控式按鍵」、最差的組合為「混合式*混合式按鍵」。由此可知軟體介面之全顯式是數位相機最好的畫面顯示形式,而硬體介面部分則以實體按鍵為最被大家所接受,螢幕觸控式按鍵為其次,混合式按鍵操作方式為最差。
Graphic user interfaces (GUI) have a wide range of digital cameras at present and the solid user interfaces (SUI) have evolved from the original entity into the touch screen. Based on the human-computer interface, the study concentrates on how the design of the graphic-solid user interfaces of the digital cameras affects the operating tasks. According to the collection and analysis of the data of the existing products, the user’s common function options as well as the demand of the graphic-solid user interface by the questionnaires. In the first phrase, the study set about collecting the types of the graphic and the solid user interfaces as a foundation of the following experiment parameters. In the second phrase, the experimental tests on parameters are conducted. The graphic user interfaces are full display, hierarchical and hybridizing menus. Solid user interface can be divided into entity, touch screen and hybridizing buttons. The experimental parameters are analyzed with three-way ANOVA. After the operating tasks, the record of subject’s time performance, the NASA-TLX mental load and the QUIS system are analyzed and discussed according to SPSS data. The results show the full display menu*entity buttons is the best combination, the hybridizing menu*touch screen buttons is the worst one in the time performance. In NASA-TLX, the minimum load and the maximum satisfaction is full display menu*entity buttons, in reversely, the maximum load and the minimum satisfaction is hierarchical menu*touch screen buttons. All the responses, menu forms and learning effects’ best combination in QUIS is full display*touch-screen buttons, while the worst is hybridizing menu*hybridizing buttons. Therefore, the full display menu is the best graphic user interface and the entity button is the best solid user interface.
