本研究主旨在探討高中教師不同背景變項在休閒參與和休閒阻礙上的差異情形,使用問卷調查法,並以台中縣高中職教師為研究對象,隨機叢集抽樣18所樣本學校進行問卷調查,共發出860份問卷,回收821份問卷,問卷回收率95.47%,剔除廢卷63份,有效問卷758份,有效回收率達88.14%。資料分析方式包括:描述性統計、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等分析方法,得到結果如下: 一、 教師休閒參與類型和參與頻率有顯著關係。 二、 不同背景變項對於休閒參與頻率除了家庭年收入變相達顯著關係,其餘變項則呈現無差異。 三、 不同背景變項對於休閒參與類型達顯著差異性。 四、不同背景變項對於阻礙因素達顯著差異性。 台中縣教師休閒參與類型大多以運動健身型、戶外遊憩型居多,有別以往所 作國內教師休閒參與之相關研究結果:教師以靜態且規律的休閒活動為主。所以教師休閒類型轉移的趨勢,值得相關單位或產業注意。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences among variables of background of teachers in senior and vocational high school on participation of leisure activities and obstacles of leisure activities. To ensure the validity of the experimental data, the subjects used in this study were randomly selected 18 schools from senior high schools in Taichung County. Questionnaire survey was conducted to testify to what extent and how these variables interrelated. Of 860 questionnaires, 821questionnaires were recalled, and the recall rate was 95.47%. Deleting invalid questionnaires, 758 samples were valid and the recall rate was 88.14%. The statistical methods used in the analysis of the data were Descriptive Statistics, Chi-square Test, T-test, and One-way ANOVA. On the basis of these analysis results, the conclusions were found as follows: 1. A significant correlation is found between the types of participation of leisure activities and the frequency of participation in teachers. 2. Among the variables of different background, Annual Household Income is closely related to the frequency of participation of leisure activities. 3. The variables of different background had a significant impact on the types of participation of leisure activities. 4. The variables of different background had a significant impact on the factors of obstacles of leisure activities. The findings of this research will provide some suggestions for teachers, educational administration, and future research.
