摘要

本研究旨在發展一國小人權教育之網頁教材。本研究參酌ASSURE媒體設計模式並採行動研究方法，以為課程設計、教材網站建置、教學實施與學習活動之設計與調整基礎。本研究具體成果為發展出可行易用之「人權有愛世界關懷」國小人權主題之網頁教材（http://163.24.141.11/Invention/index.html）。

, The aim of this study was to develop an online teaching and learning resource that can support human rights education at elementary schools. The design and implementation of the course, and the developed website and activities were guided by the ASSURE model and an action research approach. One major tasks were accomplished. A web-based materials on human rights education for elementary schools full of downloadable teaching materials, suggested learning activities and reusable worksheets, and so on are available for public use (http://163.24.141.11/Invention/index.html).
