Japanese education in Taiwan needs a further improvement, especially on conversation classes. It is important, but difficult to cultivate students' skills in Japanese conversation. We focus on Japanese debating for enhancing conversation ability. The purpose of this paper is to make a report on the Japanese debate which was held as one of the classroom activities in University of Tehran. Moreover, I will introduce the department of Japanese in the university and the educational system in Iran, and compare University of Tehran and universities in Taiwan. We hope our research will contribute to Japanese education not only in Taiwan, but also in other countries.
