中小企業是臺灣經濟成長的重要推手,亦是維持社會安定的強大力量。瑞士洛桑國際管理學院與世界經濟論壇對我國皆有極佳評價,亦顯示國內中小企業靈活創新及營運能力備受國際肯定外,旺盛的創業精神及開放的市場競爭環境,也為臺灣帶來一股強有力的創業風潮。 政府自2002年起辦理新創事業獎選拔,以協助具潛力之中小企業獲得專業能力肯定,並樹立新創事業成功典範。但受到全球化影響,中小企業面臨環境瞬息萬變,為求生存發展之競爭情形更為激烈,瞭解新創事業初創與發展階段關鍵成功要素,可做為新創事業成長發展參考。 本研究採質化研究,首先探討歷屆新創事業獎獲獎企業發展概況,並以其中代表個案-N公司,進行個案訪談,歸納分析其創業與發展之關鍵成功要素,藉以提供新創事業學習參考,並強化新創事業知識創新能力。研究發現:創業者重視企業社會責任與對社會的關懷,並結合科技提供產業創新服務,係個案創業成功之關鍵;而強化經營團隊及整合運用資源則為公司轉型發展的重要關鍵。最後提出具體建議提供創業者與公私部門更深層之思考。
Small and Medium Enterprises not only have been a major sector in Taiwan’s economy, but also an important power to maintain the social stability. According to the International Institute for Management Development and World Economic Forum, the SMEs of Taiwan are highly ranked. Therefore, Taiwan is filled with the powerful entrepreneurship where ever. To encourage Start-Up Businesses as well as to innovate entrepreneurship, the Start-Up Award has been set to discover the potential start-up enterprises in Taiwan from 2002, furthermore, to build Start-Up Businesses as successful paradigm. However, under globalization, SMEs are forced to face competitive environment. Understanding the key success factors of Start-up Award Winner will be reference for Start-up Businesses’ development. This research is qualitative and as an analysis of the business model and status of Start-Up Award winner’s operation. In addition, it focus on a specific case which had won the 19th National Award of Outstanding SME for established over 5 years. By interviewing individuals and analysising the company’s key success factors, this research will provide start-ups with references and strengthen their innovating ability.
