跨層次觀點下價值觀共識度對社會資本與創新績效之影響

A Cross-Level Perspective of the Impact of Department Value Consensus on the Relationship between Social Capital and Innovation Performance

摘要


本研究引用社會網絡理論,探討個體擁有不同類型的社會資本對創新績效的影響,此外,本研究亦從跨層次的角度切入,探討組織層次的價值觀共識度對社會資本與創新績效關係之影響。研究結果顯示,軟性及硬性社會資本對創新績效均具有正向的影響,而部門層次的價值觀共識度在硬性社會資本與創新績效間,則產生負向的跨層次干擾效果,但於軟性社會資本與創新績效間干擾效果則不顯著。針對上述結果,本研究提出建議供實務與後續研究參考。

Drawing on the social network theory, this paper studies the impact of different kinds of individual social capital on innovation. Meanwhile, we also take the cross-level perspective to analyze the influence of departmental values on the relationship between the social capitals and innovation. The results show that both soft and hard social capitals have positive impact on the innovation. In addition, the departmental value cross-levelly moderates the relationship between the hard part of individual social capital and innovation. We end with some implications for practice and future researchers.
