大學生衝動性格、孤寂感及無聊感與智慧型手機成癮傾向的關聯

摘要

隨著國內行動通訊技術的純熟，大幅提高國人使用智慧型手機的意願，更讓智慧型手機成為生活中不可或缺的必備品。然而，過度或不合宜地使用智慧型手機將可能提高對智慧型手機成癮的傾向，探究智慧型手機成癮傾向的危險因子將可能降低智慧型手機成癮傾向的風險。本研究以683名大學生為研究對象，探討性別、衝動性格、孤寂感及無聊感與智慧性手機成癮傾向的關係。本研究採用大學生智慧型手機成癮傾向量表、UPPS衝動行為量表、UCLA孤寂感量表第三版、短版無聊感量表為測量工具。根據研究結果指出：（1）女性大學生的智慧型手機成癮傾向明顯高於男性大學生，且性別可顯著預測智慧型手機成癮傾向；（2）衝動性格、孤寂感及無聊感與智慧型手機成癮傾向呈顯著正相關，除孤寂感外，衝動性格、無聊感可顯著預測智慧型手機成癮傾向；（3）孤寂感對衝動性格與智慧型手機成癮傾向無顯著中介效果；（4）無聊感對衝動性格與智慧型手機成癮傾向存在部分中介效果。依據研究結果本研究認為大學生宜學習合宜地認知、情緒及行為因應策略，以降低大學生產生智慧型手機成癮傾向的可能性。

Following the advancement of mobile communication technology in Taiwan, there is an enormous growth in the use of smartphone, and smartphone becomes a necessity in people’s daily life. However, using smartphone excessively or inadequatedly may enhance the probility of smartphone addiction tendency, especially among college students, and exploring reasons of smartphone addiction tendency may decrease the risk. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of gender, impulsivity, loneliness, boredom with smartphone addiction tendency in college students. A sample of 683 college students completed the following questionnaires: Colledge Student Smartphone Addiction Tendency Scale, UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3), and the Boredom Proneness Scale - Short Form. Results indicated that smartphone addiction tendency was significantly higher in female students than male students, and multiple regression analysis showed that smartphone addiction tendency was a function of age, gender, impulsivity, and boredom, but not of loneliness. Addictionally, analysis revealed that boredom partial mediated the association between impulsivity and smartphone addiction tendency. According to the result of this research, it was suggested that college students should learn efficient emotional coping strategies and cognitive appraisal strategies, in order to prevent them from smartphone addiction.
