遊客對溪頭自然教育園區解說服務需求及滿意度之研究

A Study on Interpreation Services and Satisfaction in Sitou Nature Education Area

摘要


溪頭擁有豐富的自然與景觀資源,在歷經921地震與桃芝風災的重創後,實驗林災後努力復建,陸續籌劃設立新景點,並轉型為自然教育園區,未來以「自然教育」與「生態旅遊」為發展方向,故提供良好的解說服務必為園區重要的發展策略。本研究採用便利抽樣法,共獲得有效問卷490份,透過問卷調查分析溪頭遊客屬性、旅遊動機及解說服務的偏好及整體滿意度與建議,藉此提供園區執行解說服務及經營管理規劃的參考依據,提昇遊憩品質與遊客之體驗。

Sitou nature education area possesses abundant natural and landscape resources. After the 921 earthquake and TORAJI typhoon, the Experimental Forest endeavored to post-disaster recovery and plan to set up new scenic spots. Furthermore, the Experimental Forest has successfully converted the area to Nature Education Area, and the future development will be focused on natural education and ecotourism. This study recovered 490 effective questionnaires by convenience sampling method evaluating the visitor characteristics, travel satisfaction, preference of interpretation services and satisfaction in Sitou nature education area. The results could be employed to strengthen interpretation services, management and planning. It will be also helpful to set the benchmark for enhance the quality of tourism, experience of visitor in Sitou nature education area.
