木賊葉木麻黃苗圃菌根化作業流程之研究

Study on The Operation Procedure of Mycorrhizal Inoculation on Casuarina equisetifolia Growth in Nursery

摘要


木麻黃屬(Casuarina spp.)植物由於其耐旱、耐鹽、耐貧瘠等生長特性,成為臺灣海岸林極為重要之造林樹種,然而因其長期遭受風害、鹽害、養份不足等影響,造成近年來其生長有提早衰退之現象。而菌根菌能幫助植物抵抗逆境,並有效提高養分吸收,本研究藉由盆栽法及母株感染法繁殖菌種,透過接種盆方式建立一套木賊葉木麻黃之苗圃菌根化作業流程,並選擇苗木生長之最佳介質與菌根菌種處理方法。結果顯示接種盆能有效提高苗木菌根的感染率,可幫助幼苗於發芽後自行感染,其中臺中港樣區菌種感染率為44%,四湖樣區菌種為63%,而母株感染法的接種盆感染率更達到77%。並以有滅菌並添加低磷濃度的花寶為較佳的介質,能有效幫助苗木在苗高、地際直徑、鮮重、全株乾重之生長量。

Casuarina spp has high tolerance to drought, salt, and soil depletion, and is therefore the most crucial species in the coastal forests of Taiwan. However, the long-term damages from wind, salt, and nutrient deficiency has been found to result in early growth declines of Casuarina spp forests in recent years. As mycorrhizal fungi can help plants resist stress by enhancing nutrition absorption, this research cultured large sporulation by pot substrate and plant trap cultures, and applied inoculated pots to establish a standard operation procedure in a mycorrhizal inoculation experiment. The results showed that the inoculated pots can increase the infection rate of mycorrhiza and help seedlings infect themselves after germination, in which the infection rate was 44% in the Taichung Port plot, 63% in the Sihu plot, and 77% by the mother plant infection method. In addition, we found that adding low-concentration phosphate fertilizer to the sterilized medium can also help enhance the growth of seedlings in height, diameter, fresh weight, total dry weight, shoot dry weight, and root dry weight.
