Central Odontogenic Fibroma of the Mandible - A Case Report
下顎骨內齒源性纖維瘤－病例報告
摘要
下顎骨內齒源性纖維瘤為一罕見的良性齒源性腫。本病例為一32歲男，於一九八七年，因右側下顎骨角區腫大而來本院口腔顎面外科求診。臨床X光檢查，發現右側下鄿骨臼齒及下齒枝有一多房性放小線透射病變。經由組織病理切片檢查證實為齒源性纖維瘤。患者在全身麻醉之下，接受腫瘤摘除手術，並立即以腸骨片給予移植重建。術後情形良好，牙科補綴物亦已完全適應。經過三年多的追踪檢查無再發的現象。故提出報告。

A 32-year-old male was referred to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kaohsiung Medical College Hospital, with the chief complaint of swelling in the region of the right mandibular angle. The histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of central odontogenic fibroma. A surgical encleation with a surrounding bone trimming and an iliac bone graft was performed under general anesthesia. A three years follow-up showed good bone regeneration and no evidence of local recurrence.
