室內孵化之日本沼蝦Macrobrachium Nipponense(De Hann)之幼苗變態研究

摘要

1．短額米蝦Neocaridina brevirostris Stimpson屬於匙指蝦科(Atyidae)，是目前臺灣淡水域中已知體型最小的蝦。抱卵母蝦的體長為11.25～14.90 mm、抱卵數少，平均只有18粒。卵徑較大，平均為1.04×0.68 mm。2．頭胸甲長(CL)與抱卵數(NE)的關係呈直線廻歸，NE=2.9982+0.0373CL（r=0.7312）顯示抱卵數隨著體型增大而增加。3．幼苗的變態過程屬於完全縮短型(Complete suppression type)水溫28±1℃的淡水條件下，在室內孵化經10～15天，四期的幼苗階段始成為稚蝦，各期幼苗以人工飼料投餵。4．變態中的幼苗與成蝦在外部形態上的最大差異在於尾柄及尾肢的發育程度不同，在四期幼苗變態中，第二期幼苗出現尾肢，且有內外肢之分。

Necoaridina brevirostris Stimpson 1860 is a small freshwater atyid shrimp mostlyinhabits streamlets in the mountains as well as springs and cave,This shrimp bearslarge eggs containing much yolk,and the egg hatches as a considerably advancedzoea of benthic habit.The newly hatched larva shows the adult form in all theappendages except the uropods.In this report,some morphological characters of thelarvae are described and illustrated.
