蕈菇生產設施內檢測機械平台之研製

DEVELOPMENT OF A MECHANICAL PLATFORM FOR THE DETECTION AND HARVESTING OF MUSHROOM PRODUCTION FACILITIES

摘要


菇類是台灣農業重要的精緻產業。在目前的栽培作業中,從菌種製備、栽培介質準備與填充、接菌、走菌、搔菌、出菇、採收到最後的包裝分級,都需要大量的勞力。本研究目的在於規劃蕈菇產業設施內養菌檢測系統。在養菌檢測系統方面,對走菌程度和雜菌的檢驗作業進行改善,目前該作業檢測都以目測進行,可能因為操作上的疏忽,造成感染雜菌的菇包進入出菇室,影響出菇生長或感染其他菇包。本研究以不改變目前生產線設備為目標,使用機械視覺的方法先建立雛形檢測系統,其中透過打光室及影像擷取軟體,保存相對清晰與容易實現影像分析的圖像,以利將來可應用於完整的檢測系統上。
