摘要

本文報告一例少見的角膜結膜上皮之發育不良。病人33歲，男性，右眼輪部兩側結膜眼裂斑外，並發現半透明膜狀的角膜上皮變性，由顳側輪部向角膜中央區不規則延伸。經手術切除併用冷凍法治療後，病情改善；在細胞學和組織病理切片檢查後，診斷為角膜結膜上皮之發育不良。

An unusual case with corneal and conjunctival neoplasia (dysplasia) is reported. The patient was a 33-year-old male having complaints of foreign body sensation and blurred vision in the right eye. There were nasal and temporal pingueculae in his right eye, and its corneal epithelium formed a semitranslucent membrane-like gray plaque temporally.
The gray plaque with fimbriated edges extended over the visual axis. After scrapping of the diseased corneal epithelium and removal of its adjacent conjunctival tissue, followed by cryotherapy, the cornea recovered its transparency.
On cytological and histopathological examination, a diagnosis of corneal conjunctival intraepithelial dysplasia was made.
