慢性持續性眼球內炎之治療
Treatment of Chromic Persistent Endophthalmitis
摘要
以玻璃體切除儀合併玻璃體內注射抗生素來治療，慢性持續性眼內炎效果十分良好，不僅病程縮短，而且可減低眼球內炎對視網膜所造成之傷害。本文報告榮總眼科自民國75年元月以來，使用此方法之治療結果，並討論其優缺點及併發症。

Four cases of chronic persistent endophthalmitis benefit of good visual recovery from close vitrectomy combining with intravitreal injection of antibiotics and steroid. Two cases had intraoperative retinal complications but been well reattached. We highly recommand the close vitrectomy with intravitreal injection of antibiotics (gentamicin 200μg/0.1ml and cefacine 2.25mg/0.1ml) and steroid (decardron 400μg/0.1ml) as the best choice of management of chronic persistent endophthalmitis.
