光碟機四弦型致動器機電系統動態建模

Dynamic Mechanical and Electrical System Modeling of a Four-Wire Type Actuator on a DVD

摘要


光碟機組件中,光學讀取頭之致動器為精密定位元件,典型光碟機常見的致動器為四弦型致動器,其聚焦與循軌致動器動態模型屬MCK模型,且為單輸入單輸出系統。聚焦與循軌致動器動作目的為調整碟片與物鏡間之聚焦距離與軌道距離,使其誤差在容許範圍內。本文利用自由體受力圖、佛萊銘左手定理、以及線圈電路等機電特性,研究四弦型讀取頭之動態系統建模,為光碟機研發之重要參考依據。

The optical pickup-head in a DVD-ROM or a DVD player is a precision actuator. The four-wire type actuator on a pickup head indicates that the focusing and tracking actuators are of a generic type and whose model is of the MCK type, which is a SISO system. The objectives of the focusing and tracking actuators are to adjust the distance between the object lens and the disk surface and to lock the track on the surface of the disk. In this paper we research the use of a free-body figure, Ampere's law, and the electrical characteristics of actuator coil circuits to research four-wire type actuator system dynamics such as a DVD-ROM or a DVD player, depending on the design.
