97年全中運國女組跆拳道前三量級技戰術分析

摘要

目的：本研究主要在探討97年全中運國女組跆拳道前三量級比賽中使用之技戰術。方法：以97年全中運國女組前三量級前四強選手爲研究對象，在比賽期間以現場實況錄影，事後紀錄整理進行分析，所分析之技戰術型態包括前三量級選手的攻擊型態、攻擊動作、慣用腳及成功得分率情形；不同量級及不同回合的選手攻擊型態、攻擊動作、慣用腳、假動作、犯規次數及得分之差異。統計分析包括描述性統計、t-tset、卡方分析及單因子變異數分析。結果：本研究結果有三：一、各量級皆爲主動攻擊型態。攻擊動作以旋踢爲最高其次爲下壓。慣用腳依序爲右後、左前、左後、右前。成功得分率以下壓爲最高13.7%。二、不同量級選手的攻擊型態皆爲主動攻擊型態。攻擊動作及慣用腳使用有顯著性差異。假動作使用及犯規次數是有差異的。得分上是沒有差異性的。三、不同回合之選手的攻擊型態是沒有差異，皆爲主動攻擊型態。結論：攻擊動作的次數是沒有差異的，都是旋踢爲最高。慣用腳皆以右後腳及左前腳爲主要攻擊慣用腳。不同回合在假動作、犯規次數及得分上沒有差異。本研究結果除了可了解目前國中女子組比賽中各項技術之運用外，更可提供國內各級學校代表隊進行訓練上的參考，以提升我國跆拳道運動的水準。

Purpose: To analyze the strategies for the first 3 rank Girls' Taekwondo Tournament in 2008 National High School Athletic Games. Methods: The participants were the final fours of the first 3 ranks' Taekwondo Tournament in 2008 National High School Athletic Games. The games were video-recorded during the matches for further analysis. The collect data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square test, and one-way ANOVA. Results: (1) The attack patterns of all the ranks were active attacks. The attack movements were mainly roundhouse kicks and the downward kicks. The prefer leg used were in the order from rear right, front left, rear left to front right. The highest scoring average belonged to the downward kicks which was 13.7%. (2) The attack patterns of the participants of different ranks were active attacks. There were significant differences in their attack movements and prefer leg. There were also differences in their use of feigning movements and times of fouls. However, no difference in their scoring was found. (3) No difference was found in their attack patterns of the participants in different rounds. The attack movements were all active attacks. Conclusion: No difference in their times of attack movements with the roundhouse kicks rated the highest. Their prefer legs were mainly rear right and front left. No difference between the participants' feigning movements, times of fouls and scoring in different rounds. The findings of this study provided information to understand the strategic techniques applied in the high school girls' Taekwondo tournament. It could be used as a reference for the training of school teams, so as to promote the quality of the country's Taekwondo standards.
