四氯銅雙二乙基銨鹽之熱致變色薄膜製備研究

摘要


本研究利用不同比例的熱致變色材,四氯銅雙二乙基銨鹽添加聚醋酸乙烯酯製成薄膜乾燥後,測試在一般室溫下的溫度和高溫下的透光率變化。由實驗研究得知,熱致變色薄膜隨著溫度升高,透光率成反比下降。本實驗依重量百分濃度採用的五種比例,在透光率方面以依重量百分濃度添加1.0%四氣銅雙二乙基銨鹽之聚醋酸乙烯酯薄膜,為採用五種比例中透光率最低,但在測量室溫和高溫比較下,0.5%相較下的差異性最大。考量到相差值方面,依重量百分濃度添加0.5%四氣銅雙二乙基銨鹽的聚醋酸乙烯酯薄膜為優先考量。

In this study, different proportions of thermochromic material tetrachloro-2-ethyl ammonium salt of copper pairs to add film made of polyvinyl acetate, after drying, the test under normal room temperature and high light transmission rate under the changes. That from the experimental study, heat-induced color film with the temperature, light transmission rate is inversely proportional to drop. In this study, according to the weight of the five percent concentration used in the ratio of the light transmìssion rate in accordance with the weight percent concentration of copper pairs to add 1.0% tetrachloro-2-ethyl ammonium salt of poly-vinyl acetate film transmittance minimum, but the measurement room temperature and relatively high temperature, the 0.5 percent difference is greater. Consideration to the production cost, according to the weight percent concentration of copper pairs to add 0.5% tetrachloro-2-ethyl aml110nium salt of poly-vinyl acetate film as the top priority.
