Dermatomyositis Presenting with Erythroderma-A Case Report
以紅皮症表現的皮肌炎－病例報告
摘要
皮肌炎是一種以皮膚和肌肉侵犯表現的自體免疫性疾病。當中最具特色的皮膚表現包括光敏感性，heliotrope erythema，和Gottron's papules。有許多不常見的皮膚表現曾經被報告過。這次我們報告一位女性病人在診斷皮肌炎十年後出現紅皮症。

Dermatomyositis is a common autoimmune disorder characterized by both cutaneous and muscle involvement. The characteristic cutaneous features included photosensitivity and the presence of heliotrope erythema and Gottron's papules. A number of uncommon cutaneous manifestations had been reported. We reported a female patient who developed erythroderma after dermatomyositis was diagnosed ten years later.
