有機栽培技術對甘藷塊根之總酚、類黃酮及抗氧化活性之影響

Total Phenolics, Flavonoids and Antioxidant Activities of Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) Tuberous Root as Affected by Organic Cultivation Practices

摘要


本研究探討不同有機栽培技術,對甘藷塊根之總酚、類黃酮含量及抗氧化能力之影響。此抗氧化性測定主要包含總酚(TPC)、類黃酮(FL)、總抗氧化能力(TA)、DPPH清除自由基能力(DH)、亞鐵離子螯合能力(FI)及還原力(RP)。本實驗發現不同有機栽培技術,其抗氧化物質TPC及FL有差異,且所有處理發現有不同量之TPC及FL。不同綠肥與甘藷輪作試驗中發現,以大豆及田菁處理之甘藷塊根TPC含量最高(2.24、2.21 mg/g),太陽麻處理最低(1.7 mg/g),而在FI、TA、DH、FI及RP方面無顯著差異。在不同採收期,TPC、FL、TA、DH及RP方面呈顯著差異。甘藷不同有機堆肥及不同施用量之試驗,在不同有機堆肥處理中,TPC、FL、TA、DH、FI及RP方面皆無顯著差異;在不同施用量處理中,TPC、FL、DH及RP方面呈顯著差異。甘藷不同品種及不同施肥方式之試驗,在不同品種間,只在FL方面呈顯著差異;在不同施肥方式處理中,TPC、FL、TA、DH、FI及RP方面皆無顯著差異。甘藷不同品種及與不同綠肥間作之試驗,在不同品種間,FL、TA、DH、FI及RP呈顯著差異;在間作不同綠肥作物處理中,只在FI方面呈顯著差異。甘藷不同品種及不同耕犁次數之試驗,不同品種間,TCP、TA及FI方面呈顯著差異;在不同耕犁次數處理中,只在FI方面呈顯著差異。甘藷不同品種及田間不同敷蓋物之試驗,不同品種間,TPC及TA方面呈顯著差異;田間不同敷蓋物處理中,FL、DH、FI及RP方面呈顯著差異。 此實驗結果顯示,甘藷塊根中之TPC、FL、TA、DH、FI及RP會受到品種及有機栽培技術之影響而有差異。

Different organic cultivation practices for sweet potatoes (Ipomoea batatas L.) tuberous root were investigated for the total phenolic content, flavonoids and antioxidant properties of sweet potatoes produced. Antioxidant measures included total phenolic content (TPC), flavonoid (FL), total antioxidant activity (TA), DPPH free radical scavenging capacities (DH), ferrous ion chelating capacity (FI) and reducing power (RP). The organic cultivation practices yielded sweet potatoes that differed in their antioxidant properties, FL and TPC, all treatments had significant antioxidant measures and contained significant levels of TPC and FL. For rotations cultivated with different green manure, the TPC was highest (2.24 and 2.21 mg/g) for the rotation cultivated with soybean and sesbania. It was lowest (1.70 mg/g) for the rotation cultivated with sunhemp. FL, TA, DH, FI and RP were not significant. For TPC, FL, TA, DH, and RP there were significant differences with differences in harvesting date. For different organic composts and different application rate of sweet potato, there were not significant differences by organic composts for TPC, FL, TA, DH, FI and RP. There were significant differences by compost applied for TPC, FL, DH and RP. For different cultivars and different compost applied to different cultivars, significant differences for FL. There were no significant differences for different methods of applying compost for TPC, FL, TA, DH, FI and RP. For different cultivars and different intercrop with different green manure from sweet potatoes there were significant differences by cultivars for FL, TA, DH, FI and RP. For differing intercrop, significance was only for FI. For different cultivars and different intertillage times of sweet potato fields, there were significant differences by cultivars for TPC, TA and FI. There were only significant differences by cultivation times for FI. For different cultivars and different cover materials used in sweet potato fields, for cultivars the only significant differences were for TPC and TA. Significant difference were different covering materials were for FL, DH, FI and RP. Results of this study suggest that TPC, FL, TA, DH, FI and RP are affected by different cultivars and different organic cultivation practices.
