The purpose of this article was to inquire the meaning of reflection practice in educational administration. First, it analyzes importance of the refection practice in educational administration; Second, it analyzes meaning of the refection practice in educational administration.; Third, it evaluates the bureaucrat system; Fourth, it analyzes separation phenomenon between educational administration theory and practice; Fifth, it analyzes managerialism of educational administration; Finally, methods of administrator' reflection practice were made as followings: metaphor, administration dialogue, role acting and case discusses, observation refection ,writing reflection.
