從女性主義觀點探析女校長領導研究

From the Perspective of Feminism to Explore the Researches of the Female Principal Leadership

摘要


國內教育現場高中職以下女校長的人數雖仍爲少數,但比例已有逐年增加的趨勢。因此,女校長的領導對教育實有深遠的影響。本研究透過蒐集國內1997至2007年間,有關女校長領導的質性研究類學術論文,並以女性主義觀點關注的主體性、研究倫理與實踐性三個層面作爲分析架構。研究發現女校長領導研究質性類的論文,在主體性層面,普遍能突破轉型本質觀點,朝向社會建構取向以分析女校長領導經驗;在研究倫理層面,研究者與研究參與者的互動,普遍停留在保密與尊重的層次,研究者對自我立場的省思稍嫌不足,研究的平權性尚待強化;研究的實踐性層面,已能整合個人、組織與制度等層面,提出具性別關懷的領導建議。最後,提出數點建議,供實務與學術參酌。

Female principal is still the minority at the high school, but it has the tendency to increase year by year. Therefore, the leadership of female principal has far-reaching influence on education reality. This research collected the qualitative research reports about female principal leadership between 1997 and 2007, through the perspective of feminism to structure three aspects of analysis, including subjectivity, research ethics, and practicality. Research findings are as following: In the aspect of the subjectivity, most of the reports can generally break through the transformative-essentialist approach and direct at the approach of social constructionism to analyze the female principals' leading experience. In the aspect of the research ethics, the interactions between the researchers and the research participants generally stay in the interview level. It is insufficient in researchers' self-reflection, and the power balances of research need to be strengthened. In the aspect of the practicality, these reports can integrate the aspects of individual, organization and system to propose suggestions about gender caring. Finally, the author offers some suggestions for the practice and academy as reference.
