休閒運動設施之評估法

摘要

當休閒運動形成一股健康取向的風潮，受到民間與政府的重視，使得休閒運動設施與設的數量逐年增加之時，本文提出這種屬於休閒運動空間取向「量」的發展趨勢，應該配合並經過「質」的評估檢驗才能有良性的發展未來，並使休閒與運動的結合更能趨向精緻化，不但迎合社會大衆的需要，也能進一步做為未來規劃休閒運動的參考，因此本文引介遊憩評估的方法，因休閒運動設施的評估與遊憩評估有相同的解決問題類型及評估目的，包括需要(need)、過程(process)、結果(outcome)、及效益(efficiency)。

Recreational sports have become a healthy-oriented trend in the society.
Both government and public take recreational sports seriously. As a result, the quantity of recreational sports facilities is getting more and more each year. This study suggested that the growth of the ”quantity” of the recreational sports space should be developed with the ”quality” evaluation. This combination could not only link recreation and sports better, but also go along with the public needs. Moreover, the results of this study could be used as a reference of planning recreational sports facilities. Recreation evaluation methods were introduced in this study because the evaluations of recreational sports facilities and recreation had same problem-solving types and evaluation purposes including needs, process, outcome and efficiency.
