本文研究目的有三:(一)鼓吹博物館從業人員,學習博物館各專業領域之經營理念,以迎合新世紀e世代潮流趨勢(二)瞭解國內現階段博物館從業人員,對目前從事專業知能之興趣及自我學習傾向為何(三)加強博物館從業人員,適應學習社會發展的趨勢及調整落實個人的角色功能。文獻分析,依序探討e世代人類轉變的思維、邏輯行為模式,並論及e世代博物館之定位、營運方向,與有關e世代博物館從業人員學習成長的重要。最後,依據調查發現提出具體建議,以作為自我導向學習,實際在博物館應用的參考,希冀對博物館從業人員,在迎向e世代,瞭解如何因應學習社會發展的趨勢上有所裨益。
There are three main reasons for this study. For one, to embrace the new e-century, it reaffirms the need for the curators to acquire knowledge at various aspects of museum management and operation. For two, it reveals the trend of the professional technicality and interest of domestic contemporary curators. For three, it demonstrates how the curators can cope with the ever change social development. In the article, it explores the trend of ideology and logical behavior of the e-generation. Besides, it emphasizes the criticality of curators' continuous development and the direction of museum in the e-century. Finally, based on the research, recommendations are provided to curators in how to adequate his/her role and to maximize potential contributions.
