國軍人事管理應用以職涯導向為基礎的職涯管理決策支援系統建構之研究

Military Personnel Management Application Based on Career Guidance of Career Management Decision Support System Construction

摘要


近年國內(外)決策支援系統應用的研究議題涉及的領域已經非常廣泛,其中針對人力資源管理上的應用研究僅於人員招募、遴選、人力規劃等議題,但卻很少觸及職涯管理決策方面的探討,就國軍組織而言,98年國防報告書指出唯有完善的生涯規劃方才能吸納專業青年參與軍人工作,因此國軍在組織精簡的當下如何提供職涯管理成為重大的工作。本研究綜合歸納文獻後以階級、官科、任官日期、現階日期、現職日期、學歷、經歷、考績、智力測驗等9個條件為職涯規劃影響因素,並結合修訂後之Holland職涯自我探索量表,了解個人性格、興趣及能力,據此建構發展一套職涯管理決策支援系統,以提供決策者規劃職涯發展的參考與建議。

The present research in the areas of decision support systems has been very widely. The application for human resource management only in the recruitment, selection, manpower planning and other issues, but rarely focus on management of career decision-making. As the R.O.C. national defense report of year 2009 points out that it will attract the youth to involve in the military by improving the career planning of the military staffs, it's importance to the military organizations, especially during the military downsizing nowadays.After synthesis of the literature in this study, rank, officials division, the date of any official, current employment dates, qualifications, experience, performance, intelligence tests. According to these factors to draw up career development. This study not only through the impact of career planning with the revised factors also take the Holland career self-exploration scale to understand the personality, interests and abilities. Thus, building the development of a career management decision support systems to provide decision makers some reference and advice to career development planning.
