摘要

本研究主要目的是：一、比較不同教練目標取向之選手在團隊適應的差異；二、比較不同運動目標取向之選手在團隊適應的差異；三、比較不同適配性之選手在團隊適應的差異。本研究以參加中華民國大專院校籃球運動聯賽女子組甲一級12隊及甲二級19隊比賽之教練31位，選手338位爲受試者。本研究所使用的工具包括「運動目標取向量表」、「教練目標取向量表」及「團隊適應量表」，並以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析進行資料處理。本研究所得結果如下：一、不同目標取向的教練其選手在人際關係適應、情緒適應及教練領導適應都有差異存在。二、不同目標取向的選手在人際關係適應、情緒適應及教練領導適應都有差異存在。三、不同適配性之選手在情緒適應及教練領導適應上有差異存在。

The purposes of the study were: 1. to compare the differences of team adjustment between the athletes with different goal orientation for coaches, 2. to compare the differences of team adjustment between the athletes with different goal orientation, and 3. to compare the differences of team adjustment between three levels of athlete-coach compatibility. The participants were 338 female basketball athletes and 31 basketball coaches taking part in the Collegiate Basketball League of Level Ⅰ and Level Ⅱ. All the subjects were administered Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire, Coach's Goal Orientation Inventory, and Team Adjustment Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (independent). The findings were as follows: 1. There were differences of interpersonal relationship adjustment, emotional adjustment, and coach's leadership adjustment between the athletes with different coach's goal orientation. 2. There were differences of interpersonal relationship adjustment, emotional adjustment, and coach's leadership adjustment between the athletes with different goal orientation. 3. There were differences of emotional adjustment and coach's leadership adjustment between the athletes of three levels of athlete-coach compatibility.
