全身振動訓練對男子排球選手爆發力、速度與敏捷能力之立即性影響

The Acute Effect of Whole-body Vibration Training of Male Volleyball Players on Power, Speed and Agility

摘要


目的:本研究探討全身式振動訓練對於排球選手爆發力、速度與敏捷能力之立即性效益。方法:以15大專優秀男子排球選手為研究參與者,振動訓練內容時間為60秒、振幅10 mm與振頻28 Hz進行介入,研究中於介入訓練後1分鐘進行測驗,測驗內容為:下蹲跳(countermovement jump, CMJ)、攔網敏捷測試(blocking agility test, BAT)、T字敏捷測試(agility T-test,AT)與十公尺衝刺(10 meter sprint, 10MS)。並經由CMJ中計算出:最大力量(peak force, PF)、平均力量(mean force, MF)、最大發力率(maximum rate of force development, mRFD) 與淨衝量(relative net impulse, RNI)力學參數。統計分析以成對樣本t檢定考驗震動前、後於測量參數上是否達顯著差異,本研究假設α =.05。結果:研究結果顯示,受試者經振動訓練後於MF、mRFD、RNI 與BAT 達顯著差異,並分別改善9.50%、50.33%、23.43% 與4.26%。然而在PF、AT與10MS中則無顯著改善。結論:透過本研究結果知,立即性振動訓練效益無法增強速度與敏捷之能力,未來希望透過不同的幅度、頻率進行探討找出訓練的最佳方式。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the acute effect of whole body vibration training (VT) on power, speed and agility in volleyball players. Methods: Fifteen elite male university volleyball players were recruited in this study. The vibration training treatment durations was 60s, with 28 Hz frequencies and 10mm amplitudes. The subjects were required to perform Counter movement jump (CMJ), blocking agility test (BAT), agility T-test (AT) and 10 meters sprinting (10MS) at both pre-test and post-test (60s rest). In addition, the peak force (PF), mean force (MF), maximum rate of force development (mRFD) and relative net impulse (RNI) were computed from the results of CMJ. The paired t-test was applied to obtain the variables between pre-test and post-test. The significant level was set at α = .05. Results: The present study indicated that the VT significantly improves MF (9.50% ), mRFD (50.33% ), RNI (23.43% ) and BAT (4.26% ) (p < .05) performance immediately after the end of the intervention programme. There were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test on PF, AT and 10MS (p > .05). Conclusion: In present study, the results demonstrate that the speed and fundamental agility did not seem to be enhanced by VT. In addition, research is needed to reveal the optimal training protocol with different frequency and amplitude for its practical application.
