嘉義縣國中小資優教育的實施現況與需求程度:學校資優教育承辦人的觀點

摘要


資優教育發展的初期,「行政主導模式」具有政策轉化、資源整合、課程領導的積極功能。本研究從學校資優教育承辦人的觀點,調查嘉義縣資優教育之實施現況與需求程度,探究其運作上面臨的挑戰,並提出可能的因應方向。

The administration model with policy application, resource integration, and curriculum leadership is appropriate in the early stage of developing gifted education. A survey study was conducted for exploring coordinators’ perspectives on current implementation and needs of gifted education in elementary and junior high schools in Chiayi County. Challenges were identified and suggestions are made based on the results of this study.
