嘉義縣偏遠地區國小教師對學校運動設施使用需求與行為意向之研究

A Study of Elementary School Teacher's Needs and Behavior Intention about Campus Sport Facilities in Remote Area of the Chiayi County

摘要

本研究透過使用需求及計劃行為理論之相關文獻，以嘉義縣偏遠教師為研究對象進行問卷調查，共發放270份問卷，有效問卷255份，共得有效問卷94.4%。資料分析採用敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式分析。根據研究分析，歸納結論：一、就使用需求而言，教師對學校運動設施以「環境與空間」的需求程度最高，以「設施便利與可行性」需求程度最低。科任教師對於「學校運動設施種類要能多元化」、「學校運動設施應附設盥洗設備」比級任、組長有較高的使用需求。二、男性教師在主觀規範、知覺行為控制、行為意向等3個構面的顯著性高於女性教師。三、就主觀規範而言，以「家人支持」及「朋友鼓勵」的影響力最高。四、就知覺行為控制而言，以「我有足夠的時間」解釋力最低。五、使用需求、使用態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制等構面皆顯著影響行為意向，其中以主觀規範的影響最大，最小者則為使用需求。

Base on some documentation with related-topic of need and the theory of planned behavior, the study had picked up some teachers who serve in the remote area as the study's sampler. In a total of 270 questionnaires were sent out by stratified ratio sampling and 255 questionnaires were collected by the end with a return rate of 94.4%. These statistic numbers were analyzed by several analysis methods, descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA analysis, analysis of mediating and moderating effects and structural equation modeling analysis. According to the study's analysis, it concludes: 1. In terms of need for campus sports facilities usage, schoolteachers tend to have a higher need for the spacing and environment than the convenience or its function flexibility. It also concludes that subject instructors tend to need more on the diversity of campus sports facilities and the requirement of it's attached showering facility than academic directors would need. 2. Regards to three frame surfaces, subjective, perceived behavioral control, and behavior intention, male instructor tends result with superior performance than female instructor. 3. As far as subjective is concerned, ＂the support from family＂ and ＂the encouragement from friends＂ are two of the most influential factors. 4. As far as perceived behavioral control, ＂I have enough time.＂ is the least influential element. 5. To conclude, need of use, attitude, subjective, and perceived behavioral control are all the factors to influence the behavior intention. Among these factors, the most influential factor would be subjective, and the least would be need of use.
