The aim of the present study was to measure the customer satisfaction level of weight room in National Taiwan University (NTU) Sports Center, base on a sample of three hundred (N=300) members, who were participated in the research and completed the instrument. Significant results were summarized as followed: 1. There were no significant differences on the level of customer satisfaction between female and male members in the aerobic fitness area, machine area, and body weight resistance apparatus area. 2. There were significant differences on the level of customer satisfaction between different member types in the aerobic fitness area. The results of post hoc comparisons, using the Games-Howell test, showed that outside-member were higher more than inside-member on the level of customer satisfaction of safe distance. 3. There were significant differences on the level of customer satisfaction between different member types in the machine area. The results of post hoc comparisons, using the Games-Howell test, showed that outside-member were higher more than inside-member on the level of customer satisfaction of comfort. 4. There were significant differences on the level of customer satisfaction between different member types in the body weight resistance apparatus area. The results of post hoc comparisons, using the Games-Howell test, showed that outside-member were higher more than inside-member on the level of customer satisfaction of comfort. The conclusions of this study showed that outside-member were higher more than inside-member on the level of customer in different sport facility areas. The findings also could be as a reference to operation management of public and private sports center.
