摘要

法律經濟學已成為國際上的熱門研究領域，中國大陸從1990年代開始發展這一學科，目前已具雛形。鑒於法律經濟學在大陸是新興學科，受到的瞭解和關注還不足以匹配該學科在中國問題研究中應有的重要地位，因此有必要在概覽和述評法律經濟學的主要流派的基礎上，發現法律經濟學研究的前沿和問題，審視中國大陸的相關研究情況和研究特點。

Law and Economics has become an internationally pop research field. In Chinese mainland, its study began in 1990s and has formed a rudiment. As law and economics is a rising subject, it receives less attention and understanding than it should get, especially it is very important to analysis China's problems. It is necessary to make a review of the research in law and economics and find the forefront themes and problems, and make a survey of Chinese mainland's research in law and economics.
