摘要

台灣軌道車輛由國外採購到國內採購自製的過程中，歷經不少波折。世界軌道車輛產業在先進國家如G7國家，日、德、法等，早已建立多年，該車輛產業的形成與其國內軌道建設計畫有深切之關聯性。主要來自於其政府的大力支持，與國內興建案提供市場，並培養建立其軌道產業，當然相關的核心及其周邊技術，亦隨軌道產業主體之興盛而隨之找到新的應用領域，進入了新的市場。隨著高速鐵路及各縣市捷運系統路網或輕軌電車計畫的陸續推展，國內各相關業者值得重視其中帶來的可觀市場，並做先期的準備動作。

Taiwan's rail vehicle industry suffered from lots of difficulties at the processes from abroad to domestic procurement. While, the rail vehicle industry had already been established for many years around the world such as in advanced G7 countries, likes, Japan, Germany, and France, where the formation of vehicle industry was deeply related to their domestic rail construction projects. Mainly getting the supports from their government and the markets of their domestic construction projects, the railway industry was then established. Of cause, basing on the flourish of the rail industry, the related core and peripheral technologies could get new scope of application and enter the new markets. As the development of domestic high speed rail, mass rapid transit networks and light rail construction plans, this remarkable market is deserve to pay more attention by related businesses and make some preliminary preparations for it.
