志願服務參與在社會資本及社區安全間的調節效果－以金門社區居民為例
Voluntary service participate as a buffer of Social capital and community security: The case of redident of Kinmen community

The main purpose of this study is to verify the effects of the social capital on the community security by using the social capital theory, and it will make a difference with the degree of the voluntary services. The questionnaire was collect data from the local residents of Shuitou community in Kinmen Country. Through Random Sampling, totally 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 378 valid questionnaires was obtained. The result reveals that: 1. Social capital have significant influence on the Community Security ; 2. Voluntary Service havs the moderating effect between Social Capital and Community security. Theoretical and managerial implications and limitations were discussed.
