國民小學代理教師休閒運動參與程度、甄試壓力與身心健康之關係研究

A Study of the Relationships Among Leisure Participation Level, Audition Pressure and Mental Health of Substitute Teacher in Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國小代理教師休閒運動參與程度對教甄考試壓力與身心健康關係之干擾研究。研究結果如下:一、國小代理教師之教師甄試壓力以「生活壓力」最高。身心健康狀況以「心理壓力」得分最高,最為不佳。整體運動參與程度偏低。二、教師整體甄試壓力越高,其整體身心健康表現越差。其中生活壓力、筆試壓力越高時,其心理健康、生理健康與環境適應健康表現就越差。三、國小代理教師之運動參與程度對教師甄試壓力和身心健康具有調節的影響力。四、教師的甄試壓力越高時,越需要增加休閒運動的參與程度,提升自我的身心健康狀況。

The purpose of this study is to understand the moderator effects of leisure participation level on audition pressure and mental health of substitute teacher in elementary school. According to the research results, the following conclusions were put forward: 1. The audition pressure of substitute teacher in elementary school to "life pressure" the highest. Physical and mental health to "psychological pressure" the highest score, the most poor. The overall degree of participation in the movement is low. 2. The higher the teacher's overall test pressure, the worse the overall physical and mental health performance. Which the pressure of life, the higher the written test pressure, its mental health, physical health and environmental health performance is worse. 3. The participation degree of substitute teacher in elementary school has the regulate influence for the movement of audition pressure and physical and mental health. 4. The higher the pressure of the teacher's examination, the more need to increase the participation of leisure sports to enhance the physical and mental health.
