建立一個策略性物流中心選擇模式-以供應鏈管理角度探討

Establishment of a Strategic Distribution Center Selection Model for Supply Chain Management

摘要


因爲全球化的競爭及顧客需求的多樣化,企業單靠自己本身的力量,已不足以與全世界其它競爭者競爭。必須結合供應鏈上下游的企業,彼此資訊分享與協同合作,運用各種策略進而創造出彼此之間是雙贏的關係,而不是過去輸贏或雙輸的關係。這也導致供應鏈成員彼此間之緊密結合及供應鏈與供應鏈間之互相競爭時代的來臨。因此,供應鏈成員之挑選攸關整體供應鏈的競爭能力,這其中當然也包括物流中心的選擇。目前有關物流中心的文獻大多著重於物流中心的經營、成長策略及物流營運技術的探討,較少文章是針對如何選擇物流中心進行研究討論。因此,本研究提出一個供應鏈之策略性物流中心選擇模式,在此模式下所選擇的物流中心能最大化供應鏈整體績效。另外,此方法也預測新加入物流中心後之供應鏈整體目標值,並重新設定供應鏈各成員新的目標值。

Due to the global competition and the variety of customer needs, the enterprise itself can not compete alone with the rivals over the world. It has to consolidate resources from upstream to downstream enterprises and work together on different strategies leading to win-win status instead of win-lose or lose-lose. It also implies the cooperation between supply chain members and the era of competition between supply chains begins. Thus, the selection of supply chain members is crucial to the competitiveness of the supply chain, which also includes the selection of distribution center. The current studies on the distribution center mainly focus on its management, growth strategy and logistics process, but rarely deal with the selection of distribution center. Therefore, we propose a strategic distribution center selection model for a supply chain. The distribution center selected using this model will maximize performance of the entire supply chain. Additionally, this method calculates the objective of the supply chain with the involvement of the new distribution center and resets the objectives for all supply chain members.
