高中女學生健康體適能對游泳能力之相關性研究

A study on the correlation between physical fitness of high school girls and their swimming ability

摘要


本研究目的在了解健康體適能與游泳能力(蛙泳)之相關性,並找出代表游泳能力(蛙泳)之健康體適能項目。方法:本研究採實驗設計法,透過學習蛙泳課程的歷程,523名女學生為本研究樣本,經12週蛙泳課程後測驗蛙泳與立泳距離或仰漂時間結果為基準,並同時施測健康體適能各項目,所得資料經轉換分數後以SPSS 12.0統計軟體進行斯皮爾曼等級相關係數檢定分析各項體適能測驗項目之間與游泳能力(蛙泳)的相關性,再以多元逐步迴歸模式預測游泳能力(蛙泳)的體適能之代表性項目。本研究顯著水準定為p=.05。研究結果顯示:健康體適能項目有坐姿體前彎與八百公尺跑走二項呈正相關;多元逐步迴歸分析後首先被選入的為坐姿體前彎,其次為八百公尺;游泳能力(蛙泳)之多元迴歸公式為(女學生游泳能力(蛙泳))=.129×(坐姿體前彎)+.106×(八百公尺),多元逐步迴歸模式達顯著,女學生游泳能力(蛙泳)的解釋力達2.7%。本研究結論可以歸納說明,女學生游泳能力(蛙泳)與健康體適能的柔軟度與心肺耐力是密切相關的運動。

The purpose of the study is to understand the correlation between physical fitness and swimming ability (breaststroke) and to identify the physical fitness categories that can represent swimming ability (breaststroke).Methods: In this study, the experimental design method was adopted. Five hundred and twenty-three female students, the subjects in the study, took a 12-week breast-stroke swimming training program. After the program, the results of the tests of breaststroke, water treading, and back floating duration were used as benchmarks. Meanwhile, physical fitness test items were also administered. The data thus obtained were converted into scores, which then went through SPSS 12.0 statistical software, in which Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to verify and analyze the correlation between various physical fitness test items and swimming ability (breaststroke). The stepwise multiple regression model was used to predicts the physical fitness categories that could represent swimming ability (breaststroke).The significant level of this study was set at p = .05. The results of the study show that two physical fitness categories - sit and reach and 800m run/walk - have positive correlations. The sit and reach was selected by stepwise multiple regression analysis first, followed by the 800m run/walk. The multiple regression formula for swimming ability (breaststroke) is:[female student swimming ability (breaststroke)] = 129 × (sit and reach) +. 106 × (800m), and the stepwise multiple regression model is significant. The explanatory power of female students' swimming ability (breaststroke) is 2.7%. The conclusion of this study is that the female students' swimming ability (breaststroke) is closely correlated to the flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance categories in the physical fitness system.
