爲讓大專校院運用現有課程,導入企業資源及增加實務機會,勞委會職訓局推動「補助大專校院辦理就業學程計畫」,使學生順利與職場接軌。目前學生在就業學程中所獲得實際學習成效是否能實現於學校教育目標,以及學生學習歷程是否具有自我成長性與學習效益並無相關研究。本研究以遠東科技大學核心職能課程對學生培育成效進行探討,了解職能課程是否能符合學校的教育目標,以及分析核心職能課程對學生學習影響程度。研究發現學生認為核心課程對學校教育目標的培養認同度最高為軟實力的職能培養,如「敬業精神」、「待人處事能力」,但也明顯增加硬實力「專業技能」的學習效益,由此可知核心職能課程對學生軟實力發展與就業影響程度相當高,且對就業力具有高度助益。
To allow universities using of existing school's courses, joining enterprise resources and increasing of practice opportunities. Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training promotes the ”Career Curricula Plan” to enable students get a job successfully. There are no relation researches for actual learning outcomes of students in the career curricula to achieve the aims of school education, and whether the students' learning process of personal growth and learning effectiveness. In this study discusses core function curricula of Far East University for students cultivate effectiveness. To understand the functions of the curricula to meet the school's educational goals, and to analysis of the core functions of course impact on student learning. The study found that students believe that the culture of the core curricula of school education goals the highest degree of recognition for the functions of the soft power train, such as ”Professionalism' and ”Capability of treating with people and anything”. But also significantly increase the learning effectiveness of the hard power ”Expertise”. Therefore Core Functions Curricula impact of the students' development and employment is very high, and highly useful to the employment force.
