技術革新和組織能力是企業最大的挑戰和成功的決定性。成功的使用電子化企業系統需要用支持它的IT技術和調控獨特的組織能力;並且有效管理越來越結合和集中在四周的資訊和通信技術應用。本研究的目的是先實證成功的使用電子化企業系統和被察覺使用後的利益,以及組織能力改進之間的關係;進而,驗證組織學習和知識管理過程對於成功的使用電子化企業系統的影響。分析資料來自202位台灣大型組織受雇資訊管理(CIO)受試者,並利用結構方程式(SEM)模型化的方法來探討本研究模型之間的關係;本研究結果對假說提供明顯地支持,發現組織學習和知識管理的綜效,明顯影響成功使用電子化企業系統。這研究結果的建議將於後被討論。
Technological innovation and organizational capabilities are significant challenges and essential to firm success. Successful c-business practices require leveraging unique capabilities with IT and supporting technology; and managing enveloping information and communication technology applications that are increasingly integrated and convergent. This study examines the successful use of c-business practices and its perceived benefits, as well as improvement in organizational capabilities; then, this study identifies the influence of organizational learning and knowledge management processes on the successful use of c-business. Data gathered from 202 CIOs of large Taiwanese organizations are employed to test the relationships between the research model constructs using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The study hypotheses are strongly supported: the synergies of organizational learning and knowledge management are found to influence the successful use of e-business. The implications of this finding are also discussed.
