摘要

觀光產業對於國家或地區的經濟發展，扮演重要的角色。臺灣由於自然環境優美、人文資源豐富，確實具備發展運動觀光產業的潛力。因此，本研究目的主要是以平衡計分卡在財務、顧客、內部流程以及學習與成長等四個構面的觀點，探討臺灣在未來運動觀光發展的策略性規劃。分析結果發現，發展需透過優質運動會賽的舉辦，結合在地文化特色活動與商圈，吸引國內外觀光客。同時，建構觀光人力資源平臺與產學合作平臺，培育運動觀光服務基層人員的技能與知識，俾提供遊客高品質的旅遊服務，強化整體運動觀光產業推動的基礎。

The tourism industry plays an important role in the economic development of the country or region. Taiwan has a beautiful natural environment, rich cultural resources, and the potential for the development of sport tourism industry. The purpose of this study was therefore mainly based on the four balanced scorecard perspectives: financial, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth, to explore Taiwan in the strategic planning of the future development of sport tourism. The results showed that the host of high-quality sport events combined with local cultural events and business districts boosts sport tourism to attract domestic and foreign tourists. In addition, the construction of platforms for human resources and industry-academia cooperation should be set up with the full provision of skills and knowledge to customer service personnel, in which a solid foundation is formed for the sport tourism industry.
