注意力缺失/過動疾患症(attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder; ADHD)為目前常見之兒童精神疾病之一,其行為症狀的核心原因為大腦內部的認知神經功能部位損傷,導致ADHD兒童在執行功能、抑制功能、工作記憶等認知功能的表現較低下。然而,健身運動已被證實能夠提升身體適能,不僅能夠促進大腦活化程度與神經傳導物質的分泌,更能為認知功能帶來正面的影響。依運動介入時間的長短可將健身運動分成兩類,分別為一次性的急性健身運動與長期性的慢性健身運動,而不論是慢性健身運動或是急性健身運動皆有助於提升認知功能的表現。 因此本文彙整有關於ADHD兒童認知功能與健身運動影響認知功能之相關文獻探討回顧,希望未來能應用於ADHD兒童的運動介入課程安排參考。
ADHD is currently one of common mental disorders in children. The brain function of the internal parts of neurocognitive damage which lead to the behavioral symptoms. Causes ADHD children in executive function, inhibition of function, and working memory were worse. However, exercise has been confirmed to improving physical fitness, not only promoted the brain activation and enhanced the secretion of neurotransmitters, but also positive impacted on cognitive function. According to the lenth of time, that can be divided into two categories. One is acute exercise, which are one-time exercise. The other one is chronic exercise, which are long-term exercise. Whether chronic or acute exercise, they all can be improved the performance of cognitive function. Therefore, this article were collected about ADHD children's cognitive function and exercise affected cognitive function literature review.
